Springfield Area Herb Society presenting Chef Chadwick Isom
Chef Chadwick Isom whom worked at Bass Pro Corp., Big Cedar Lodge, and later at Hemingways was trained by many great chefs including Marcel Bonetti C.E.C. eventually becoming executive sous chef. He helped develop the Victory Trade School as the dean of culinary art, into an accredited, well known school with two restaurants, bakery, catering company, all run by students. His passion is to teach the community and beyond how to cook with fresh foods and represents Hy-Vee with this quest on many boards and large local events in SW Missouri.
