Come learn how to cook pumpkin pie from scratch using fresh pumpkins and how to work with other fall squash.  Then, let’s have a “turkey talk” about proper roasting methods for cooking that perfect turkey this year.

Chef Chadwick went to culinary school, spent 12 years with two different chefs from the south of France, and then taught culinary school for 8 years

This class will explore the Art and Science of foods for the Holidays.
